Hello, dear one.

Jade Fearn

Grief Guide and Compassionate Coach

I support individuals and groups of folks navigating grief, loss, and life transitions by creating spaces for healing, reflection, and empowerment. With a blend of guided and co-created sessions, I support clients to honor their emotions, trust their inner wisdom, and embrace the full spectrum of the human experience.

My Journey

I grew up outside Detroit, Michigan, where early experiences of disruptive transitions, loss, and profound grief shaped a lifelong curiosity about how we hold gratitude, joy, curiosity, and awe alongside sorrow.

Fifteen years ago, my desire to reframe generational stories into constructive narratives drew me into meditation within the Buddhist tradition. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in:

  • Grief support practices

  • Evidence-based coaching methods for youth and adults

  • Gabor Maté’s compassionate therapeutic approach

  • Sarah Peyton’s resonance, warmth, and non-violent communication practices

  • Ancestor and Land Practices

This learning became essential when, within two years, I lost both my mother and younger brother to suicide. In the years that followed, I formed a deep and intimate relationship with grief, transition, and healing—one that has expanded my compassion for myself, my family, and all people navigating their own paths through loss.

My Approach

Much of my work centers around the stories we carry—the ones we inherited, the ones we’ve outgrown, and the ones grief gently asks us to reimagine.

In both one-on-one and group sessions, I offer support tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we create a space where grief is welcomed and held with care, while also making room for self-compassion, forgiveness, and moments of joy.

I’ve witnessed individuals who carry anger, regret, guilt, or shame begin to touch experiences of curiosity, gratitude, acceptance, and deep love—a transformation that continues to inspire and sustain my work.

An Invitation

My intention is to gently guide individuals toward a deeper appreciation of their own journey, helping them reconnect with their innate capacity for love, freedom, spaciousness, and healing.

If you are navigating loss and seeking a space for reflection and restoration, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
